La DoubleJ’s heart and soul is founder J.J. Martin, a former journalist who brings an editor’s eye and the positive spirit of her native California to seek out the best of her adopted home. Through J.J.’s passion for vintage, love of Italy and devotion to overall well-being, the brand is rooted in an outlook of optimism and spontaneity that radiates from the vibrantly maximal ready-to-wear and accessories and exquisitely unique homeware. Every piece is proudly made in Italy. Vintage patterns are unearthed from the archives of Italy’s top textile manufacturers, printed on fine silks and crisp cottons from the shores of Lake Como. Plates and vases are created in collaboration with historic Verona-based porcelain maker Ancap. Not just a lifestyle brand, La Double J is a way of living.
